GULF HARBOUR GOLF CLUB
Gulf Harbour Golf Club is a great layout to rival any international course. The resort hosted the prestigious World Cup in 1998. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, who likens it to the illustrious Pebble Beach in California, the course played host to the 2005 Holden New Zealand Open where Niclas Fasth of Sweden beat many of the world’s top golfers. It also played host to the Blue Chip NZ Open in November 2006. The course is located 35kms north of central Auckland.
