WINSTON GOLF

The WINSTONlinks is modelled on the Scottish dunes by the sea. The typical characteristics of these rough and windswept areas give the links course its unique effect: up to ten meters high dunes are piling up in front of the woods, a sparse planting of gorse and heather and deep sand-pits characterize the image of the golf course. Because of the challenging fairways the European Senior Tour with Bernhard Langer and Ian Wosnam has repeatedly played their tournaments here.

The WINSTONopen 18 hole championship course is a technically highly demanding golf course with international standard. Individually designed, well sheltered greens with putting conditions that meet the highest demands characterize the course. Individual greens are also laid out as refined classical golf land.
