MUAN KAEW GOLF CLUB

Located adjascent to central Bangkok, the Muang Kaew Golf Club has become quite popular among Bangkok golfers. It was redesigned by American designers Brian Curley and Lee Schmidt. The newer course has 18 well-protected greens of which many are raised and act as catchment areas. This design feature is unique to this region and rarely seen on golf courses in Thailand. The fairways are broad allowing players to relax a little during approach shots. Many of the fairways are unable to hold greens mostly because of high lipped bunkers, shaved fringes and the risen features.
